Allison Reynolds, LPC
Need Some Support? Going Through A Rough Patch? Allison loves focusing on other people’s little wins with them, which leads to personal growth and healing. She has been working with adolescents/teens for 10 years. Allison specializes in helping adolescents/teens work through their “hormonal years”. Teens tend to feel overwhelmed and feel like no one hears them, along with dealing with rejection, family relationships, peer issues, self-confidence problems, school work issues, grief, and trauma at the same time. She enjoys helping adolescents/teens, which helps the family dynamics and relationships also. Allison also enjoys working with adults, especially adult women, several of whom have been in abusive relationships, to explore that deeper part of themselves so they can understand who they are better and build confidence within themselves.
Person-centered therapy is centered around you and use of active listening and non-judgment during therapy sessions. She blends person-centered therapy with creative approaches using anything from mindfulness techniques to use of creative art as coping skills. “Let’s just be real and get down to what is causing your mini bumps in life. I would love to work with you and your family to help you succeed and overcome these obstacles.”
“I’m not perfect, but I’m enough.”
