Annette Snider, LCSW
Annette is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with over 30 years’ experience. She completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
She enjoys working with adults and aging adults with anxiety, depression, trauma and substance abuse. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help manage anxiety and life events. Our lives are busy and we have difficulty navigating stresses. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness she helps others manage stress and anxiety to achieve a calmer lifestyle. Annette is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and finds this method rewarding when dealing with complex issues of trauma. EMDR is used to help clients reprocessing difficult events and shorten the length of therapy, especially for those who have tried therapy unsuccessfully in the past.
