We are in network with major plans
Cost should not stand between you and care. Call us and our administrative team will verify your benefits before your first appointment. We also offer CareCredit and a sliding fee scale.

Ways to make care affordable
Cost should never be the reason you put off care. If insurance will not cover what you need, talk to the office. There is usually a way forward.
We check your benefits first
Call the office before you book and our administrative team will verify your coverage and tell you what your visits are likely to cost.
Sliding fee scale
If you are uninsured or underinsured, our sliding fee scale reduces your fee based on household income. Ask the office for the Sliding Fee Scale Policy.
CareCredit
A healthcare credit line for deductibles, copays, testing and medication costs, with interest-free options over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months.
Private pay welcome
You do not need insurance to be seen. Ask the office for current self-pay rates for counseling, testing and medication management.

We have two Arkansas offices: 220 South Broadview in Greenbrier, 72058, and 575 Harkrider St. in Conway, 72032. We also offer telehealth appointments to clients across Arkansas.
Yes. Several of our clinicians work exclusively by telehealth, so you can receive care from anywhere in Arkansas. Let our team know you would prefer a virtual appointment when you call to schedule.
Our administrative offices are open Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and close for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. On Friday we close at 12:00pm. Providers often see clients outside those hours, and on some holidays, so ask your provider what they have available. You can request an appointment online at any time and we will follow up during business hours.
Our providers are limited in practice authority and cannot prescribe stimulants. They also do not encourage the use of benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Clonazepam or Diazepam, or other controlled substances, in the management of mental health disorders and do not frequently prescribe these. If you are currently using these medications, this may not be the clinic to serve your mental health needs.
Professional referrals can be faxed to 833-373-0348. You can also download our Outpatient Treatment Referral Form from the Resources page.
Your intake includes a psychiatric evaluation of about an hour. A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner uses this evaluation to pinpoint a diagnosis and start a treatment plan, which may include prescribing or adjusting medication. Follow-up appointments then run from monthly to every three months and last 15 to 30 minutes.
Therapy usually works best weekly at the beginning. As symptoms ease, sessions can taper off until they are no longer needed. Your therapist will help you identify the right pace for your goals and circumstances.
