Bailey Griffin, LAC
Bailey Griffin is a licensed associate counselor. She received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Southern Arkansas University. Bailey enjoys working with others to overcome different life struggles by helping them become the healthiest and best versions of themselves, and learning to love themselves again.
Bailey helps by using a CBT foundation and heavily using a person-centered approach. Bailey also puts a large emphasis on building a strong therapeutic rapport from the beginning to help the client feel safe, secure, and empowered to grow as an individual. Bailey is also trained in TF-CBT and is currently working on her national eating disorder specialty.
Bailey has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, disruptive behaviors like impulse control and conduct disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, Autism spectrum disorder, and feeding and eating disturbances. Bailey really loves working with young females and young athletes to help with performance anxiety, pressures, school-related stressors, self-esteem building, and body image issues.
